Frequently Asked Questions

WorldLead is a Leader Development Ministry of Boca Raton Community Church. WorldLead is a process for Christian leaders around the world to prepare them to lead more effectively where God has placed them. Our vision is to disciple leaders for the leading of disciples.

A WorldLead partner embraces the vision of discipling of leaders for the leading of disciples by building on the core values of WorldLead. Partners form smaller groups that meet regularly for prayer, peer coaching, and encouragement. They also identify, develop, and coach leaders who will, in turn, disciple other leaders. The goal is to develop WorldLead leaders in their areas of influence—whether in missions, the church, business, education, or beyond.

WorldLead commits to walking alongside its partners, praying for them, and connecting with them for inspiration, training, and reflection. WorldLead also provides practical, biblical resources for leader development and gathers annually with partners for an in-person Summit focused on inspiration and training.
